Pharmacy hours are 8am to 6:30pm Mondays to Fridays 
and 8am to 2pm Saturday s & Sundays

Pharmacy provides the following clinical services:
  • Vancomycin  dosing and  monitoring service  
  • Aminoglycoside dosing and monitoring service  
  • Renal dosing adjustments
  • IV to PO interchange
  • Narrow therapeutic agents monitoring
  • Adverse Drug monitoring
