Corporate Compliance

To encourage confidential disclosure and reporting by employees and others, Vista HealthCare and its affiliated hospital facilities have established a Corporate Compliance Hotline for reporting or question with respect to violation of state and federal laws. The Compliance Hotline is not to be used for general question or complaints. All information reported to the Compliance Hotline is kept confidential by the Corporate Compliance Officer to the extent that confidentiality is possible throughout any resulting investigation. Under no circumstances is the reporting of any such information serve as a basis for any retaliatory actions to be taken against any employee, patient or other person making the report to the Compliance Hotline.
