Human Resources Department

Human Resources is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the
personnel department. Representative Activities include: interprets
facility policy and changes or modifies policies to ensure compliance
with laws, regulations, competitive practices and operational
objectives; Directs the activities of staff development and training,
employee health services, benefits administration, human resources
planning and utilization, compensation, employment/labor relations and
human resources information systems.

Advises and guides management in interpretation and application of
personnel policies, statutory regulations and programs to ensure the
effective use of human resources is consistent with organization
objectives and goals, Human Resources also facilitates the resolution of
employee grievances and claims.
