Meet The CNO / COO

Victoria Selby is the Chief Operations Officer and Chief Nursing Officer for Rancho Specialty Hospital. She has been a Registered Nurse for more than 20 years and has an extensive background in
management and administration. She is committed to nursing excellence and believes in caring for all patients as if they are family.

Victoria Selby graduated from Mount Saint Mary’s College in Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Hospital Administration from the University of La Verne.
