Welcome to the Rancho Specialty Hospital website and thank you for taking the time to visit us.  Rancho Specialty Hospital is a full service general acute care hospital licensed by the State of California and accredited by AOA for Medicare.  The hospital has several areas of specialization that distinguish us from the other hospitals in the Inland Empire. 

Our primary specialty is as a Long Term Acute Care Hospital (“LTACH”).  This is a Medicare designation that allows Rancho Specialty Hospital to offer highly specialized and focused care, to Medicare and other patients, for an average of approximately twenty-five days. 

We have also developed a specialization in spinal surgery through Rancho Spine®, a division of Rancho Specialty Hospital.  Through recruitment of talented surgeons, excellent staff and use of the latest technology, patients receive a comprehensive approach to management of spinal problems.

Along with the Rancho Spine®, we offer full service Orthopedic Surgery, Pain Management, Rehabilitation, Podiatry including a Podiatry Residency Program and lastly, Weight Options 4 Life®, our highly recognized comprehensive weight management program, offering surgical and non-surgical weight management options.
