The Admitting department is responsible for timely and accurate patient registration of all areas of entry to the facility.

We strive to provide the highest level of satisfaction to our patients, their family and friends, physicians, staff and various departments of the hospital.

ADMITTING

• Offers a variety of services for ambulatory and non-ambulatory patients.
• Scheduling and registration of all patients for all facilities.
• Pre-admission for all in-patient admissions.
• Pre-registration for all out-patient services and procedures.
• Coordinate outpatient services scheduling.
• Verification and Pre-certification of insurance benefits for outpatients.
• Verification of monthly MEDICARE and Medi-CAL eligibility.

Weekend Hours:
8:00am to 4:30pm
