Vista HealthCare, LLC ("Vista") is a growing healthcare services company
that owns several long-term acute care hospitals ("LTACHs") in Southern California. Vista originally commenced operations in 2003 with its first hospital in Baldwin Park, California. To date, Vista has grown principally through the conversion of former and existing hospitals into LTACH facilities. The Company's current facilities are as follows:

  • Vista Hospital of San Gabriel Valley, a 71-bed facility located in Baldwin Park, L.A. County
  • Rancho Specialty Hospital, a 55-bed facility located in Rancho Cucamonga, San Bernardino County
  • Vista Hospital of South Bay, a 54-bed facility located in Gardena, L.A. County
  • Vista Hospital of South Bay-TriCity Campus, a 30-bed satellite facility located in Hawaiian Gardens, L.A. County
  • Vista Hospital of Riverside, a 40-bed facility located in Perris, Riverside County.

Vista is managed by the Board of Managers and our Corporate Executive Team. The Corporate Board of Managers and Corporate Executive Team provide oversight and guidance to each facility and assist the local management of each hospital to develop patient care programs addressing the unique needs of the patient population they serve. However, each affiliated facility functions independently under the leadership of its own Board of Governors, Administrative Team and managers and sets its own operational priorities, budgets, business model, and oversight for the quality of care provided by the hospital.

As the second-largest LTACH system in the State, Vista is among the few healthcare companies that have been able to successfully re-open facilities and convert them into LTACHs. Vista Hospitals serve the needs of medically complex and catastrophically ill patients whose prescribed length of stay exceeds the capacities of acute care hospital operators. As fully-licensed facilities, Vista Hospitals offer specialized treatment programs and aggressive clinical and therapeutic intervention on a 24-hour/7-day-a-week basis. The Hospitals offer intensive, high-quality care to patients referred from regional hospitals and other health care facilities by collaborating with certified medical staff and professional caregivers. In addition, Vista Hospitals offer outpatient services and specialized surgical procedures at selected facilities to augment the core LTACH offerings.

Vista currently has over 1,500 employees, and is headquartered in Rancho Cucamonga, California.
