J. Vartan Hovsepian

J. Vartan Hovsepian is Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer and a founding member of Vista HealthCare, LLC. Mr. Hovsepian is responsible for the company’s corporate finance and business planning functions, as well as overseeing the information technology, business office, materials management and human resources departments. Mr. Hovsepian is a Certified Public Accountant with a balance of finance, operations and mergers & acquisitions experience, which has been important to Vista’s profitability and growth.

Prior to joining Vista, Mr. Hovsepian was a Managing Director at FTI Consulting in the Corporate Finance/ Restructuring practice. He has advised global clients and private equity firms on their strategic, operational, financial, transactional and capital needs, with a specific expertise in turnarounds of underperforming companies. Mr. Hovsepian was previously a Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in the Financial Advisory Services practice, where he was accredited as a Certified Insolvency & Restructuring Advisor. Mr. Hovsepian received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California.
